Vegetable Jalfrezi

Ingredients:
• Potatoes 2 large
• Capsicum 2
• Cauliflower 250 grams
• Carrots 2 medium
• Onion 2 medium
• Tomatoes 2 large
• Knorr Chicken Cubes 1 cube
• Yogurt 1 cup
• Tomato puree 1 cup
• Lemon juice 4 tbsp
• Mustard paste 1 tbsp
• Red chili powder 2 tsp
• Turmeric ½ tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Mustard seeds ½ tsp
• Butter 50 grams
• Oil 4 tbsp

Method:
• Dice potatoes, capsicum, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes and onions.
• Heat butter in a pan and fry all the vegetables.
• Add salt to the vegetables and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes.
• In another pan, heat oil and mustard seeds. When mustard seeds crackle, add tomato puree, red chili powder and turmeric to it. Cook for a few minutes. Add all the vegetables it.
• Whip mustard paste with yogurt and add to the vegetable pot. Now add diced tomatoes and Knorr Chicken Cube and steam for 15 minutes.
• Lastly, add lemon juice and serve hot.

Qorma Sabzi

Ingredients:
• Potatoes 2
• Cauliflower 1/2
• Onions 2
• Yogurt 1 ounce
• Knorr Chicken cubes 1
• Green peas 1/2 bowl
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Kewera 2tbsp
• Red chili powder 2tbsp
• All spice powder (Khara) to taste
• Salt to taste

Method:
Heat ½ cup of clarified oil in a pan and add 2 onions to it and fry till golden brown. After that’s done, take ¾ of the onions out and crush them with your hands. To the remaining onions and clarified butter add 1 ounce of yogurt,2tbsp of red chili powder, salt according to taste,2 tbsp kewara,1 knorr Chicken Cubes packet and add to taste ,all spices. Cover with lid for it to cook. In a separate pan, boil 2 potatoes, 1/2 cauliflower and ½ bowl of green peas and add to the already prepared gravy and leave it to steam. In the end add the crushed onions and steam it for 2-3 minues.Delicious qorma sabzi is ready to eat.

Palak Paneer

Ingredients:
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Onion Chopped 4-5 tbsp
Knorr Chicken Cubes 1 Packet
Garlic Crushed 1tsp
Spinach leaves 1 ½ kg
Dry Fenugreek Leaves 1 tsp
Crushed Chili 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
Cottage Cheese (cube and fried) 100 gm
Fresh Cream ½ Cup
Salt to taste

To Make Paneer
Fresh milk 1 liter
Vinegar/lemon juice 2-3 tbsp

Method to make paneer:
• Heat milk and turn off the heat just before it comes to a full boil.
• Pour lemon/vinegar juice little at a time till milk gets separated.
• Strain out the curdle milk in cheese cloth and squeeze out the whey by placing a heavy weight. on. Leave the weight on for at least 20 minutes as cottage cheese gets settled.
• Cut into small pieces and keep aside.

Method:
• Blanch spinach by dropping it in boiling water for a minute or two, and put it in a ice cold water to stop the cooking process.
• Puree spinach and set aside.
• Shallow fry cheese cubes to light golden and leave it soaked in water till ready to use.
• Heat a separate pan and add oil and butter and cook onion till translucent on medium low flame.
• To this add garlic and cook for a few seconds.
• Pour spinach puree and cook for 3-4 minutes (till the taste of raw spinach is gone).
• Now add all the spices and cottage cheese and cook for few minutes.
• Pour cream and Knorr Chicken Cube and cook for few minutes and turn the heat off. Do not bring the mixture to a boil as it may curdle the cream.

Mix Vegetable Masala

Ingredients:
Capsicum (cubed) 2 pieces
Tomatoes (cubed) 3 pieces
Onion (cubed) 2 medium
Potatoes (cubed) 2 medium
Green peas 1 cup
Knorr Chicken Cubes 1 packet
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Green chili cut in big pieces 6
Salt ½ tsp

Method:
Heat oil and add garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Add red chili powder, turmeric, potatoes and peas and fry for 2 minutes. Now add 2 cups of water and let it cook for 10 minutes on slow heat. Add salt and Knorr Chicken Cubes and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Then add capsicum, onions and green chili and cook for another 2 minutes. In the end, add tomatoes and ginger, cook for a minute and then serve.

Vegetable Daleem

Ingredients:
• Barley 1 cup (soaked for 3-4 hrs)
• Wheat Germ 1 cup (soaked for 3-4 hrs)

Masala Ingredients:
• Oil ½ cup
• Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
• Tomato (chopped) ½ kg
• Chili Powder 3 tbsp
• Turmeric 1 tsp
• Garam Masala Powder 1 ½ tsp
• Knorr Chicken Cubes 2 packets
• Salt to taste

Vegetables:
• Green Peas ½ cup
• Potato (small cube) 1 each
• Cauliflower (small florets) 1 cup
• Carrots (chopped) ½ cup

Garnish:
• Oil ½ cup
• Fried Onion as per desire
• Green Chili as per desire
• Ginger (Julian) as per desire
• Chat Masala as per desire
• Lemon Juice as per desire

Method:
• Boil the soaked barley and wheat germ in 7-8 cups of water till it gets tender. Blend it to smooth consistency. Keep aside.
• To make masala, heat oil in a large sauce pan. Add all the masala ingredients except Knorr Chicken Cubes and cook till oil separates and tomatoes gets soften.
• Add all the vegetables to the cooked masala and Knorr Chicken Cubes with ½ cup of water and put it on a simmer with the lid on.
• Add cooked barley and wheat germ to the vegetable mix. Add enough water and boil to get the right consistency. Garnish with desire ingredients.
