Chicken Qorma


Ingredients:
Chicken (cut into 12 pcs) 1 full
Onion 2 large
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Knorr Chicken Cubes 1 packet
Yogurt (whipped) 2 cups
Khewra water 1/2 cup
Whole spices 2 tbsp
Oil 1/3 cups
Salt ½ tsp
Red chili powder 3 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp


Method:

Heat oil and fry onions till brown. Take the onions out and put them aside. In the same oil fry ginger and garlic paste for 2 minutes. Then add chicken, red chili powder, whole spices, salt and Knorr Chicken Cubes and fry for 10 minutes. Now add 3 cups of water and let it cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Add whipped yogurt and brown onions and cook for another 10 minutes. Then add khewra water and cook for 5 minutes. Take it off the heat and serve hot.
