Balti Zafrani Chicken

Ingredients:

• Chicken Boneless ½ kg, cut in cubes
• Butter 2 tbps
• Oil ¼ cup
• Knorr Chicken cubes 1
• Onion 1 chopped
• Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
• Chili powder 1½ tsp
• All spice powder ½ tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 11/2 tsp
• Yogurt ¾ cup
• Almonds, blanched and grinded 2 tbsp
• Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Saffron ½ tsp
• Cream 2 tbsp
• Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:
Heat 2 tbsp butter and ¼ cup oil, fry 1 chopped onion till light golden, add 1½ tsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg chicken cubes and cook for 5 minutes. Then add in ½ tsp salt, 1½ tsp chili powder. 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper and 2 tbsp ground almonds with ¾ cup yogurt. Cover and cook till chicken is tender. Lastly, add in 1 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp cream, 1/2 tsp all spice powder and ½ tsp saffron and to enhance the taste add Knorr cubes. Cook on low flame till oil comes on top .Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves. Serve with Naan.
