Dhuwan Kabab

Ingredients:
• Mince meat ½ kg
• Knorr Chicken Cubes 1 cube
• Ground black pepper 2 tsp
• Onion 4
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Chick pea flour roasted 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Ground whole spices 2 tsp
• Red chili powder 2 tsp
• Crushed coconut 2 tsp
• Nutmeg ¼ tsp
• Papaya paste 2 tbsp
• Oil for frying
• Coal 1 piece

Method:
• Marinate mince meat with fried onion, ground whole spices, red chili powder, coriander powder, crushed coconut, nutmeg, black pepper, roasted chickpea flour, papaya paste, salt and crushed Knorr Chicken Cube.
• Make small meat balls and shallow fry them. Set the fried kababs aside.
• Now smoke the kababs with coal and serve hot.
