Classic Vegetable Pulao

Ingredients:
• Boiled rice ½ kg
• Green peas 1 cup
• Knorr Chicken Cubes 1 cube
• Potatoes 2
• Tomatoes 2
• Carrots 2
• Green chilies 6
• Butter 50 grams
• Raisins 100 grams
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Cummin 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Oil 4 tbsp
• Chicken diced ½ kg

Method:
• Heat butter and fry the chicken pieces. Add black pepper, salt, cumin and green chilies to the chicken and cook for a few minutes. Add 2 cups water to the pan and cook over low heat.
• Turn off the heat when the chicken is cooked and half of the water remains in the pan.
• In another pan, heat oil and add potatoes, carrots, Knorr Chicken Cubes and half cup water. When the vegetables are tender, add rice, salt, raisins and cooked chicken to the pan. Steam for 20 minute. Classic vegetable pulao is ready to serve.
