Spicy Tempura Fish

Ingredients:
• Fish fillets (finger cut) 300 grams
• Knorr Chicken cubes 1 packet
• All purpose flour 1 bowl
• Lemon 2
• Eggs 3
• Green chilies 5
• All purpose flour 1/2 cup
• Corn flour 1/2 cup
• Oil 1/4 cup
• Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• White pepper 1/4 tsp
• Black pepper 1/4tsp
• Crushed red chilies 2 tbsp
• Oil to fry
• Salt to taste

Method:
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl. Add to it 1/2cup all purpose flour, Knorr Chicken Cubes 1 packet, 1/2cup cornflour, ¼ cup oil, juice of two lemons, 1/4 tbsp of white pepper, 1/4 tbsp black pepper, salt to taste and 2 tbsp brushed Red chilies and mix them well. Marinate the fish with 1 tbsp of garlic paste and finely chopped green chilies. Then take the 300 grams of fish and coat it in the batter made of 1 bowl of all purpose flour and deep fry the fillets on a medium flame. Spicy tempura’s are ready to serve.
